Located east of Madrid, the undeveloped property is characterised by its proximity to the city and the excellent accessibility of public transportation as well as the nationwide road network.
In recent years, the Spanish commercial real estate market has experienced an enormous boom. The continuous demand is reflected in the steadily increasing annual take up.
