There has been a huge interest in the post of a member of the board of directors at the state-owned company Slovenske Elektrizacna Prenosova Sustava (SEPS). Sixty-one candidates have registered with the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, the sole shareholder of SEPS, for the selected procedure. „The selection procedure is likely to take place next week. We are finalizing the dates,” the Finance Ministry informed. The Finance Ministry confirmed that designated managers Jaroslav Vach and Martin Riegel are among the candidates. Svetozar Krnac is no longer interested in running for this post. According to the information available to vEnergetike.sk portal, experts from various sectors, for instance the banking sector, showed their intention to manage the strategic power company. The Ministry of Finance is looking for all four members of SEPS board of directors.
