The company Zapadoslovenska Distribucna (ZSD) invested more than 93 million euros in 2018, almost 20 million euros more than in 2017. The investments headed mostly in the development and restoration of the distribution networks. “One of the most significant investment projects was the completion and the launch of the new electrical substation which supplies the entire industrial park Sered-South and the environs. The total costs of the projects stood at approximately 10 million euros,“ a spokeswoman for ZSD Michaela Dobosova informed the portal vEnergetike.sk. The group Zapadoslovenska Energetika (ZSE), which roofs ZSD, focused in particular on innovations in the development of electromobility in Slovakia last year. “The activities that will bring innovative smart solutions closer to households and municipalities are also at the center of our attention,“ Dobosova added.
