BRATISLAVA, February 29, (WEBNOVINY) — An Economic Register will enhance the opportunities of enterprises to follow the preparation of the legislation. Minister of Economy Juraj Miskov told reporters Wednesday that corporate entities will be able to participate in preparation of laws and other legislative norms aimed at simplifying business. “We will be able to communicate and cooperate mutually in the preparation of legislation via this new service,” Miskov added.

The Economy Ministry will inform business enrolled in the Economic Register on new legislative drafts in the form of free-of-charge annotations. “We will inform business on changes and new rules prepared by individual ministries and other central public administration institutions,” the minister noted. Brief annotations will be processed on a weekly basis. “The delivered overview will contain contact information on the author of the new legislation and businesses will be able to address their objections and remarks there,” Miskov elucidated.

The Economic Register is an information database on businesses operating in Slovakia with economic and credit data on entrepreneurs, exporters and importers as well as partly and fully budget-subsidized organizations, unions and associations.
